ManaloPlay Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ManaloPlay platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

ManaloPlay is strictly for Filipino players who are 21 years of age or older.

One Account

Each player may hold only one ManaloPlay account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.

PHP Transactions

All ManaloPlay deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso only.

Important: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ManaloPlay platform at manaloplay.net. By creating an account or using any ManaloPlay service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ManaloPlay.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and ManaloPlay ("we," "us," "our," "ManaloPlay"). These Terms apply to all use of the ManaloPlay website at manaloplay.net, the ManaloPlay mobile application and all games, services and features made available through the ManaloPlay platform.

By registering an account on ManaloPlay, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the ManaloPlay platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

If you are accessing ManaloPlay on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. ManaloPlay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of ManaloPlay after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Player Eligibility

To register and use a ManaloPlay account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using ManaloPlay.
  • You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be permitted to use online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a court-ordered restriction or any other prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.
  • You must be a natural person registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

Age Policy: ManaloPlay strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. All new accounts are subject to age and identity verification. ManaloPlay reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.

By registering on ManaloPlay, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. ManaloPlay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one ManaloPlay account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your ManaloPlay account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ManaloPlay will never ask you to share your password.

  • You must not share your ManaloPlay account with any other person.
  • You must notify ManaloPlay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your ManaloPlay account credentials.
  • ManaloPlay may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
  • Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy policies as communicated by ManaloPlay from time to time.

ManaloPlay reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ManaloPlay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ManaloPlay supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya and Philippine bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the current options shown on the ManaloPlay Deposit and Withdrawal page.

  • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set out on the ManaloPlay Deposit and Withdrawal page and may be updated periodically.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your ManaloPlay account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed once your ManaloPlay account has completed identity verification.
  • ManaloPlay processes most verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days, subject to payment provider timelines.
  • You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
  • ManaloPlay reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds.

Player Funds: ManaloPlay does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as your GCash or Maya account or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. ManaloPlay is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Any deposits made to ManaloPlay are used solely for gaming purposes on the platform. ManaloPlay does not provide credit, loans or any form of financing to players.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ManaloPlay may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins or other incentives to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General rules that apply to all ManaloPlay bonuses include the following:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible ManaloPlay players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
  • Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • ManaloPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse of bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

ManaloPlay makes no guarantee regarding the availability of specific bonuses or promotions at any given time. Past promotions do not imply that equivalent offers will be available in the future.

06 Gameplay and Betting Rules

ManaloPlay offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, online slots, sports betting and esports betting. Each product category operates under its own set of game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting section of the ManaloPlay platform.

  • All bets placed on ManaloPlay are final once confirmed. ManaloPlay does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of technical error.
  • In the event of a technical failure or game interruption, ManaloPlay will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and will apply the outcome that is fairest to the player based on the available game data.
  • ManaloPlay uses certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable games to ensure fair outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time.
  • ManaloPlay reserves the right to void bets that were placed on an event where a technical or pricing error occurred.
  • Sports and esports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
  • ManaloPlay does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market or event at any given time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ManaloPlay. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Using ManaloPlay if you are under 21 years of age.
  • Registering more than one ManaloPlay account.
  • Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits or any artificial means to interact with the ManaloPlay platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through ManaloPlay.
  • Harassing, threatening or abusing ManaloPlay staff or other players.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the ManaloPlay platform.

ManaloPlay monitors accounts and transactions to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ManaloPlay reserves the right to take immediate action including account closure and the forfeiture of any balance, bonuses or winnings associated with the account.

08 Responsible Gaming

ManaloPlay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming on ManaloPlay should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. ManaloPlay does not guarantee winnings, and players should only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to spend on entertainment.

ManaloPlay provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

  • Deposit limits – set daily, weekly or monthly limits on your ManaloPlay account at any time.
  • Session time reminders – receive notifications reminding you how long your current gaming session has been active.
  • Self-exclusion – pause or close your ManaloPlay account for a set period if you need to step back from gaming.
  • Account cooling-off periods – take a short break from ManaloPlay without permanently closing your account.

ManaloPlay collects personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable laws. ManaloPlay does not sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Player data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ManaloPlay platform – including but not limited to the ManaloPlay name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of ManaloPlay or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any ManaloPlay content without prior written permission.
  • You may not use the ManaloPlay name, logo or branding in any way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement by ManaloPlay without written consent.
  • Game content made available on ManaloPlay may be owned by third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use ManaloPlay's intellectual property except as strictly necessary to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ManaloPlay and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ManaloPlay platform.

  • ManaloPlay does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay.
  • ManaloPlay is not responsible for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages or force majeure events.
  • ManaloPlay does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game or betting market. All gaming involves risk and past results do not predict future outcomes.
  • You play on ManaloPlay at your own risk. ManaloPlay is an entertainment platform and not a financial investment product.

Nothing in these Terms limits ManaloPlay's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

ManaloPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ManaloPlay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • You have breached any provision of these Terms.
  • You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal or suspicious activity.
  • You are under 21 years of age.
  • Continued operation of your account would expose ManaloPlay to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

You may request the closure of your ManaloPlay account at any time by contacting ManaloPlay support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to pending verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

ManaloPlay's decision to suspend or close an account is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process communicated by ManaloPlay at the time of the action.

13 Changes to These Terms

ManaloPlay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ManaloPlay will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the ManaloPlay platform.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the ManaloPlay platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using ManaloPlay and may request account closure.

ManaloPlay recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The current version of the Terms is always available at manaloplay.net/terms-conditions.
